Hello! thank you for visiting our website. My name is Rick Borelli. I took over The Nutrition Fix on January 1st 2023. I have been a Personal Trainer for over twenty years. I owned a gym in Holly Springs from 2013 to 2018. I am proud and excited to serving the community again.
With a new menu, hours, atmosphere I am committed to creating a healthier and happier community one shake or tea at a time.
The Nutrition Fix is proud to serve high quality functional beverages. We offer meal replacement shakes that taste so good, are high in protein, but low in sugar, carbs and calories. Our teas provide intense hydration and energy through herbal tea blends and plant based sweeteners. Because they are sugar-free, you'll receive all day energy without the crash.
